Report Generator V1

First version of a web app that generates CSV reports from PokeAPI data, using Next.js (frontend), FastAPI (backend), Azure Functions for async processing, Azure SQL and Blob Storage for data, and Terraform for infrastructure. Key features: full report deletion (SQL records and Blob files), enriched reports with Pokémon stats and abilities, and random sampling to limit report entries.
